BlizzCon is returning to Anaheim this September for two days of announcements, developer panels, hands-on gaming, esports and community events.
This BlizzCon 2026 guide covers everything Blizzard has confirmed so far—including the event dates, sold-out ticket situation, free livestream, esports competitions and every digital bundle available ahead of the show.
Blizzard has not yet released the complete panel schedule. We’ll update this guide as additional programming, streaming times and game-specific presentations are announced.
When and Where Is BlizzCon 2026?
BlizzCon 2026 will take place Saturday, September 12, and Sunday, September 13, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.
The weekend will begin with an Opening Ceremony featuring developers on the Main Stage. Blizzard has confirmed that the ceremony will include major announcements, although the company has not revealed which games will be featured.
The event will also include:
- Developer panels
- Hands-on gameplay
- The Darkmoon Faire
- Community Night
- The BlizzCon Store
- Esports competitions
- Community gatherings
- Cosplay and other fan activities
A complete schedule has not been published as of August 2.
Are BlizzCon 2026 Tickets Still Available?
Standard BlizzCon 2026 passes are officially sold out.
The passes originally cost $289.99 and included admission to both days of the convention, access to the event halls and arena, commemorative items and the BlizzCon Ultimate Collection of digital rewards.
Blizzard is directing fans still looking for admission to the public resale marketplace on Tixr. Resale prices and availability may vary.
The separate BlizzCon Charity Night and Darkmoon Faire After Hours experiences are also sold out.
Anyone purchasing a transferred pass should know that each BlizzCon pass or add-on can only be transferred once. Once the recipient claims the transfer through Tixr, the transaction is permanent.
Will BlizzCon 2026 Be Livestreamed?
Yes. Blizzard has confirmed that the BlizzCon 2026 livestream will be available free to everyone.
That means fans will not need to purchase a separate virtual ticket to watch from home. Exact channels, broadcast times and the complete streaming schedule have not yet been announced.
The free broadcast will include BlizzCon esports coverage. Blizzard has also promoted the livestream alongside the event’s digital bundles, indicating that fans who cannot attend in person will still be able to participate in the weekend without purchasing a bundle.
The digital rewards are completely optional and are not required to watch the show.
Which Esports Events Are Coming to BlizzCon 2026?
BlizzCon 2026 will host championships and special competitions across several Blizzard games.
The confirmed esports lineup includes:
- Overwatch World Cup
- World of Warcraft Arena World Championship
- World of Warcraft Mythic Dungeon International
- Hearthstone Masters Tour World Championship
- Blizzard Classic Cup
The Blizzard Classic Cup is a cross-game competition built around players and rivalries from Blizzard esports history. Its Legacy Matches include a StarCraft: Remastered showdown between BoxeR and Nal_rA, along with a Heroes of the Storm rematch between Dignitas and Gen.G.
The Hearthstone Masters Tour World Championship will feature 16 players competing for a $500,000 prize pool. Its world champion will be crowned Sunday, September 13.
The Arena World Championship Grand Finals will carry a $300,000 prize pool, with qualified teams from Europe, North America and China competing in Anaheim.
Blizzard says the esports action will also be available through the free BlizzCon livestream.
What Comes With the BlizzCon 2026 Ultimate Collection?
The BlizzCon Ultimate Collection costs $49.99 and includes all five individual game bundles, plus several exclusive bonus items.
The collection includes everything from the World of Warcraft, Overwatch, Diablo IV, Diablo Immortal and Hearthstone bundles described below.
Ultimate Collection buyers also receive:
- World of Warcraft Murk’atath pet
- Overwatch Lich Queen Mei player icon
- Overwatch Lich Queen Mei name card
- Diablo IV Indigo’s Light trophy
- Diablo IV Indigo’s Master trophy
- Diablo Immortal Astral Celebration portrait frame
- Five additional Hearthstone Standard card packs
The Ultimate Collection is already included with every standard BlizzCon pass. Pass holders should not purchase it separately.
Attendees must link their BlizzCon pass to a Battle.net account no later than September 14 to receive the collection.
World of Warcraft BlizzCon Bundle
The World of Warcraft bundle costs $29.99 and includes:
- Rabbit’ath Void Rabbit flying mount
- Garb of the Dawnfire Phoenix transmog ensemble
- Perch of the Dawnfire Phoenix housing décor
The transmog ensemble contains the Helm of the Dawnfire Phoenix, Mantle of the Dawnfire Phoenix and Cloaked Wings of the Dawnfire Phoenix.
These rewards are not available in World of Warcraft Classic.
Overwatch BlizzCon Bundle
The Overwatch bundle costs $29.99 and includes:
- Lich Queen Mei Legendary skin
- Frostmourne weapon skin for Ana
- Themed weapon charm
- Themed spray
The collection draws from the Lich King and Icecrown imagery associated with the Warcraft universe.
Ultimate Collection buyers also receive the matching Lich Queen Mei player icon and name card.
Diablo IV BlizzCon Bundle
The Diablo IV bundle costs $29.99 and includes:
- Streamsnout otter companion
- Indigo cat mount
- Escapeproof mount armor
The Ultimate Collection adds Indigo’s Light and Indigo’s Master mount trophies.
Players must unlock access to mounts within Diablo IV before they can use the mount and its cosmetic armor.
Diablo Immortal BlizzCon Bundle
The Diablo Immortal bundle costs $24.99 and includes:
- Rimedarter Familiar transmog
- Seekers of Riddergrove (Violet) portal
- 20 Legendary Crests
- 10 Telluric Pearls
- Mother’s Lament two-star Legendary Gem
The Ultimate Collection also includes an Astral Celebration portrait frame.
Hearthstone BlizzCon Bundle
The Hearthstone bundle costs $24.99 and includes:
- Bloodmage Thalnos Signature Legendary card
- Blade of the Black Empire card back
- Five Standard card packs
Ultimate Collection buyers receive five additional Standard packs, bringing their total to 10.
Are There Any Free BlizzCon 2026 Rewards?
Blizzard is offering two free rewards that do not require the purchase of a digital bundle:
- Fix It Gear Head Thrall for Heroes of the Storm
- A 15-day co-op XP boost for StarCraft II
Both rewards can be claimed through the Battle.net Shop through September 28.
When Do the BlizzCon Digital Bundles Leave the Shop?
The five individual game bundles and the BlizzCon Ultimate Collection will remain available through September 28, 2026.
Players who purchase an individual bundle can upgrade to the Ultimate Collection later while it remains available. Each Battle.net account is limited to one purchase of each bundle.
The individual bundles cost between $24.99 and $29.99, while the Ultimate Collection costs $49.99. Players interested in rewards for multiple Blizzard games will receive substantially more content through the Ultimate Collection than by purchasing several bundles separately.
Each featured game must be purchased or downloaded separately to use its corresponding rewards.
What Should Attendees Know Before BlizzCon?
The Anaheim Convention Center charges $25 per day for standard parking, with no in-and-out privileges. Parking rates and availability remain subject to change.
BlizzCon is an alcohol-free and smoke-free event. Outside food and beverages are prohibited, although attendees may bring an empty reusable plastic or insulated bottle.
Children under seven are not permitted. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent, guardian or responsible adult who is at least 18.
Blizzard plans to provide American Sign Language interpretation or open captioning for programming on the Main Stage and Legends Stage. The advance accessibility-request deadline was July 10, but the event will attempt to accommodate on-site requests based on available resources.
BlizzCon 2026 begins September 12 in Anaheim. Additional panel, livestream and programming details are expected ahead of the event.
