The world spans everything from blazing deserts to cherry-blossom mountains, and true to the genre, it’s built to be explored non-linearly — there’s no fixed order forcing you through the Three Realms. Combat centers on 360-degree chain-hook combat, letting players latch onto enemies and terrain to close gaps and chain attacks, backed up by ability-altering artifacts and multiple distinct fighting styles to switch between.

For Gamescom, Cyclos Studio has made the “Ghost Gate” area (Zone 2) fully playable for the first time — four bosses, seven collectible artifacts, and more than three hours of new content. The demo also debuts a new Artifacts Trait system and a full audio and BGM overhaul, suggesting the team is using the show to test a meaningfully more polished slice rather than just a vertical demo loop.

Karma Exorcist is coming to PC via Steam. No release date has been confirmed yet.
