Archetype Entertainment has confirmed that Exodus, its sci-fi RPG from BioWare veteran James Ohlen, will launch April 7, 2027.

The game arrives on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, putting players in the role of Jun Aslan, a salvager fighting for humanity’s survival tens of thousands of years in the future.

A crew, a Gauntlet, and consequential choices

Players assemble and lead a crew with distinct skills, wielding an upgradeable weapon called the Recycler and commanding fusion-based alien tech abilities through the Gauntlet, while exploring ancient ruins and derelict ships.

Time Dilation shapes the journey

Exodus builds its story around a Time Dilation mechanic that reflects the consequences of interstellar travel, meaning choices players make can ripple forward through time for their crew and civilization.
